Place cooked or seamed Wild Salmon in a bowl.
Add pinch salt, (to taste)
Pinch black pepper.
Make a Mayo Yogurt Mix, half and half,
or all yogurt or all Mayo. (add enough to
Mayo/Yogurt to make a creamy consistency.)

Add 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of Bull Kelp powder or 
1 TBL Bull kelp flakes. 
Mix all ingredients together.
Try on pumpernickel bread or mix in with rice 
or a green salad.
