Seaweed Herbs and Spice Vinegar
Make your own gourmet vinegar.
Let the flavours infuse for two weeks.
The longer it sits the better it taste.

2 cups apple cider vinegar
a few thin slices fresh ginger
1 small fresh garlic clove
2 dry spice cloves
2 Bull kelp fronds (source www.bckelp.com)
a few small pieces of fresh red hot pepper
Sprig of fresh or dry thyme
A few pieces of organic orange peel, fresh or dry

Store in refrigerator. Preserved in vinegar.
Keeps a long time.
