Veggie Tortilla with Kelp topping
You will need: 

12 corn tortillas
2 cups shredded spinach or kale or arugula or mix all.
½ cup shredded cilantro
1 cup grated cheese 
2 avocados mashed
3 hot pepper chopped
3 tomatoes cut in small cubes
1/3 cup chives cut in small rings
8 olives chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped in small pieces
½ cup plain yogurt
½ cup sour cream
½ cup Kelp flakes
pinch of sea salt

Mix sour cream and yogurt together. Mix in garlic and sea salt to taste.

Spread a small amount of olive oil on each tortilla. 

hint: Place in between oven rack columns in a pre heated 350 Fahrenheit oven. You can either drape it over 1 or 2 columns in the rack depending on how open you want the tortilla shell.

Bake only a few minutes. A few minutes longer for a harder tortilla shell. 

Take out of oven and add a layer of each ingredient. Save for last the cream yogurt sauce and top with Kelp Flakes.
