Seaweed Wasabi Mayo

½ cup Mayo

1/2  to 1 teaspoon Bull Kelp Powder

1/2 teaspoon to 1/2 Tablespoon Wasabi Powder

(start with ½ teaspoon and adjust to taste).

Mix all ingredients together. Add small amount of water if needed.

This can be used as a gourmet sandwich mayo, or gourmet salad dressing.
