Homemade Seaweed/Garlic Mayo

Easy, Quick & Delicious!


3/4 cup olive oil 
1 egg yolk 
1 teaspoon Bull Kelp powder (or dulse, nori, wakame)
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
1 small clove fresh garlic crushed
½ TB apple cider vinegar
½ TB lemon juice 
pinch cayenne pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender, or glass jar and blend with hand blender.
It will only take seconds to whip up to a creamy Mayo.

Yields about 3/4 of a cup. Refrigerate, will keep about 1 week.

Note: you can make your own seaweed powder by quick toasting seaweed on med, burner in cast iron pan or skillet. 

Toasting will only take seconds. Careful not to burn. Crumble and powder in a coffee mill.
