Gourmet Garlic Kelp Crutons

Easy to make, toss into soups, salads or eat as is!


Cut your favourite bread into small, even cubes. 2 Cups total.

Crush and cut 1 garlic clove into tiny pieces. 

½ teaspoon Kelp powder (Nereocystis luetkeana)

Add Bread cubes, garlic, kelp powder into bowl. Toss well.

Place a layer onto dry cookie sheet 

Bake at 250 F for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir a few times during baking so as to toast evenly.

Done when crispy dry and lightly toasted.
