For 1 crepe:
2 TBL buckwheat or whole wheat flour
½ tsp Bull Kelp Powder (source: www.bckelp.com)
2 TBL water
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend very well. If too thick add a little more water.
Pour in a hot oiled skillet. Shake to create a very thin crepe.
Cook a min or less, flip and cook a min or less.
Add salad greens or fruit. Top with cottage cheese. Serve hot or cold.
