Whole Grain SEAWEED CRACKERS


These are really easy to make and so nutritious.
Excellent for a take out cereal dry breakfast.

I made the flour with whole grain porridge oats. You can buy this mix at any store. The mix contains oat bran, wheat bran, flax seeds and oats.

Grind the mix into a course powder (in a coffee mill).

Add kelp flakes and sea salt to taste. Mix with water (enough to make it into a paste. Pour onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Shake it so it will spread evenly on the cookie sheet.
Cook at 300 to 325 F for about 40 to 60 minutes or until crispy dry.

Cut into squares. You now have a nutritious dry breakfast cereal.

Sooooooo tasty, enjoy as a snack.
