Load up your meals with:
Vitamins, Minerals, Antioxidant, Omega-3 fats,Trace Elements and Protein.

Add 1 TBL to your veggies, soups, greens and grains.

1 TBL organic Flax seeds
1 TBL Bull Kelp Powder or 3 TBL Bull Kelp Flakes (source: www.bckelp.com)
1 TBL Nutritional Yeast Powder or 3 TBL Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1 tsp organic Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Organic Cayenne Powder
1/2 tsp Organic Ginger Powder (optional).
Mix all ingredients together and grind in a coffee grinder.

Note: There is almost no end to the healthy bits you can add, 
example: hemp hearts, organic chia seeds, organic nuts and seeds etc...

Place in a glass jar with a screw on lid in the refrigerator. 
Keeps at least 4 weeks or more.
