Chocolate Frothy Seaweed Shake
Serves 4 to 5

For this recipe you will need to soak dry seaweed in water overnight.
Freeze 2 cups plain yogurt.

4 strips of dry Kombu (about 2 inches by 5 inches per dry strip) and

place in a pot. Add 2 cups water.

Cover and place overnight in refrigerator.


2 cups seaweed gel water (water that has soaked overnight.)

2 cups plain yogurt (frozen)

2 cups milk (dairy milk, soy milk or nut milk)

1 ½ tablespoon cocoa powder (more if wanted)

1 to 2 tablespoon raw cane sugar (to Taste)

Take Kombu out of seaweed liquid gel. (Save kombu to add to soup or rice).

Place seaweed liquid gel in blender. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend well.

Chocolaty, Cold, Frothy and Delicious! Kids love this too! 

Serve or refrigerate. 
Will keep 3 or 4 days in refrigerator. 
note: If not served right away, reblend before serving.
