1 Coffee grinder

If seaweed is not crisp out of the package. You will need to dry it crisp. Either in a dehydrator, oven or on oven top burner.

Place one 25 to 35 gram package of seaweed in an open pan in oven set at a low
110 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

Leave in about 15 to 30 minutes or until crispy.

Take out of oven and crumble into small flakes.

Place flakes in coffee grinder and grind to a powder.

Pour into shaker bottle with lid and leave on your kitchen table.

Use as you would use salt on just about any food including salads, soups, stews, in meatballs, eggs etc...

Pan toasted seaweed:
Place seaweed in medium hot frying pan (no oil added to pan).

Keep tossing as to not burn. This will only take a few seconds to toast crispy.

Salt or not to salt...
People argue that Paleo man did not have access to salt therefore many Paleo Diets do not encourage the use of salt. However coastal Caveman did have access to seaweed and seaweed was found to be part of the coastal Caveman's diet.
