BUCKWHEAT SEAWEED CRACKERS

Easy recipe:
Ingredients
¾ cup Buckwheat Flour
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 to 2 TBL kelp flakes or 1 tsp kelp powder source: www.bckelp.com
¼ teaspoons salt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment paper
or grease baking pan.

Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until it forms a ball.
Add more water if needed. Or if too sticky add more flour.

Pat out dough or roll out with rolling pin into thin,
about 1/16” thickness on the baking sheet.

Cut lightly into squares with a pizza cutter or knife.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Separate out crackers and turn. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until lightly brown.
I added sesame seeds. You can add your favorite spices, seeds, garlic powder etc...

Note: This is a smaller recipe. Double up recipe if wanted.
It is a fairly hard, crunchy cracker. Makes a nice snack!
