Omelette with Kelp Flakes
3 eggs
1TB finely chopped onion
4 thinly sliced tomatoes

In a bowl scramble eggs
Oil frying pan, heat on medium.
Pour eggs in hot frying pan
Place lid on and cook until done about 3 or 4 minutes.
Careful not to burn.

Fold in half
Sprinkle 1 TB  of Bull Kelp Flakes
Add tomato slices on side, serve hot!
