Makes 2 servings
2 cup cooked oats
2 apples cut in bite cubes
2 TB flax seeds
1/2 to 1tsp Kelp powder
In a coffee grinder grind flax seeds. Add to kelp powder.
Place cooked oats in two bowls. Add apple cubes. Sprinkle with the Kelp and Flax seed powder on top. Add milk and honey if wanted with a small piece of butter.
This is a Super Healthy breakfast.
