Seaweed / Fruit Smoothie

1 Apple peeled and cut in small pieces
1 Orange peeled and cut in small pieces
1 Banana peeled and cut in small pieces
1 cup yogurt
1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon Bull kelp or Bladderwrack powder
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds or sesame seeds (powdered in coffee grinder)
1 teaspoon flax seed oil (or powdered flax seeds)
Blend all ingredients together in blender.
Drink Up!
