Ingredients

1 teaspoon small chopped onions
2 teaspoon small chopped sweet pickles
1/2 teaspoon small chopped olives
1/2 teaspoon Bull Kelp Powder or Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon cider vinegar or pickle juice (pickle juice will make it sweeter)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Add more kelp, vinegar, pickle juice or Dijon mustard to your taste. Store in refrigerator. Will keep at least 1 week.

Tasty as a salad dressing or in sandwiches, use as you would a mayonnaise.
