2 and 1/4 cups milk
4 egg
2 TBL olive oil
1 Teaspoon maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries (optional)
2 Teaspoon bull kelp powder
2 cups wheat germ
1 cup oats (powdered in coffee mill)
3 TBL flax seeds (powdered in coffee mill) 

Separate egg yolks. Place yolks in one bowl and egg whites in separate bowl. Beat the egg yolks first, add the milk and dry ingredients and beat all together. In separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold in the stiff egg whites to first mixture. Batter is now ready to cook in hot oiled frying pan.

Makes 12 to 14 pancakes.  Delicious and nutritious!
